I liked the change that the organisation has brought in the society the concept of home salon services but due to poor management and dictatorship of few supervisor it could not run for the long time.

Dislikes

The management and HR they really need to learn professionalism and they lack knowledge of how to handle to the team, the HR themselves are not aware about the working hours and leave policies, and even the work off structure is different within the same dept.

Work Details

When I join the organisation at that time it was quite a happening place but later few unskilled managers were appointment who themselves are not aware of basic etiquette at work and because of their mismanagement the dept. eventually shut down.
