The work culture in SIFC is very conducive for begginers and the place also offers amazing opportunities.

Nothing to dislike per say but sometimes the job requires additional effort which fue to personal reasons I am unable to deliver

Work Details

It took me less than a month to get a hold of the working methods and policies of the company. The staff is very supportive and so are the owners.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

If you are ready to learn, and learn fast you can be allowed to do part time sales and make 4x times your salary. I achieved that in 2 years time

Work timings are a little more... But worth it... And post office hours you can do your own sales work to boost your income
