Bosses doesn't know the meeting etiquettes , scolding an female sr.employee in high peek meetings .we reached HR on this bullying head.HR is also denied. There is lot of favourism.we have been waiting for promotion since from 5years he will his friends and promote in higher roles.This kind of behaviour we are not noticed in Novartis.all are treated equally.
