At sandoz their priority is safety of each and every worker. They have excellence in following GMPs, GDPs & documentations. Their main focus is on quality. They work for quality. The coordination between workers is extraordinary. Coming together from various parts of country they set the best example for unity in diversity.

Dislikes

Lack of holidays is main problem. Less PH are assigned to employees. As considering that most of the employees stay away from their family the no of leaves should be increased.

My work in sandoz company it's a very challenging job work. daily manufacturing batch monitoring and troubleshooting in manufacturing process. also focus on other activities like as taking validation sample from during batch when every stage.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
