The company works in education sector with the vision and mission to make the society hence the world a better to live in. Another benefit working here is to stay connected with bright minds and budding engineers and to provide guidance to their innovative projects and ideas for the betterment of society.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high without any genuine reason and the compensation is not decent compared to the scale and quality of work output. The Authorities do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why many employees back off from giving any suggestions.

Sandip Polytechnic is a big college. I am very happy to that I was part of Sandip Poly. My HoD was very good. Salary is as per the experience.

Dislikes

Strict rules and regulations even for faculties. Salary is major factor for some Faculties.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
