The company provides adequate opportunity to develop skills and competence, work culture is good. Work-life balance is fair, provides high job security if you are good enough in your work. Overall good.

Dislikes

HR policies are not reasonable, work politics exists but it's not of extreme levels.

My job role was really exciting as it often required me to step out of my comfort zone and do and learn different things and excel at them. It helped me to diversify my skills in various ways.
