Good Work-life balance, Great small-small perks like free lunch, transportation, Snacks, Communication Allowance etc, these helps in saving a lot of money. Every once in a year you get to go to South Korea.

I was working in SOC Design Team as Lead Engineer (VLSI Domain), in this the work Samsung R&D Delhi Division gets from Korea is very stagnant for growth. No new projects just working on improving legacy code and the employees who has been part from longer run are not helpful. The work is not challenging enough and it would not consume the whole time on many days and that's another problem you have to sit for 8.30 Hrs. to mark attendance or complete the weekly time and shortfall you have to apply leaves or pay from salary. Bad management & poor quality of work. Too much process hassles for any getting task done. Salary structure is a big sham.
