Highly political. Crazy differentiation between IIT and non IIT an. No appreciation for efforts. Biggggg difference in salary between IIT and non IIT professionals. Non employee friendly environment. Restrictions on taking laptop to out of office even during COVID times. Huge restrictions on accessing websites. Everything is throughdisorganised workflows. Workwise : Huge politics. Inefficient and incapable leads(don't know how to code) leading the team. Doesn't have any idea on the working and discourages openly when suggested ideas. SRIB should take action on this. All latest technologies are being used in Samsung which gives a person a good exposure to them.

Management is worst, HRs are just useless, you can't grow or even get good appraisal if you have senior members in team. Extreme level of politics. there are small group formed in every team in the company and these groups consist of old employees who do favourism for a few people and neglect other.

Work culture is Good. Company provide ample Benefits to all employees. Growth is much better that any other company. Flat culture. Management sometime listens to employees. One of the best companies in Bangalore to work for.

Boot lickers will be promoted. Work life balance is screwed up. Taking leaves will be considered as crime. They will also encourage to not take leaves and encash the leaves as certain people does in the company every year. You would amaze to know that there are people who has not taken a single day leave in last 3-4 years just for pleasing their bosses. For very few people the entire company image is going down.
