It is my opinion about samiya engineering works India worst company. No work environment and culture. Company policies are very bad regarding appraisal and salary.

Dislikes

No safety precautions. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address my issues. Career growth is very slow. No bonus and not paid my salary in schedule time.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
