I have not worked but I wanted to give interview feedback.

My interview experience with Sameeksha was the worst ever. I attended 2 rounds of coding. 1st round: they gave me a paper where I need to write 3 -4 codes and some SQL queries in a Word document ( which nowadays no one asks to code on ms word) however questions were easy and I managed and made it to the next round. 2nd round: scheduled for 11 am and I got a link for google meet. I joined the meeting link at sharp 10:55 am waiting for the HR. It was 11:15 no one showed up so I sent a 1st reminder email. at 11:30 am I sent 2nd reminder and at 12:00 pm I left the meeting because no one was there. Around 2 PM I got a mail that contains a Word document from HR and it mentioned that it was my 2nd coding test. I quickly ran to the laptop and start completing it and I sent the solution. 10 days went by I didn't get any update I kept sending emails for feedback. One day I got an email from HR stating "The test was online that day and you didn't join the test link so your submission is not considered" This was my overall experience, I just want to say to HR that a candidate's time is also valuable who is searching for a job, filling out multiple applications daily so if you do not have a requirement for the role just be pro active and say that to the candidate who is going through your interview process....Read More
