The work environment and excellent colleagues create a positive atmosphere. We work on developing a platform for Virtual Events which is kind of fun. Co-founders of the company are really supportive and help you grow.

The best aspect about working at Samaaro is the team. Firstly the strong founding team who have the experience and ambition to drive the company towards a vision of providing best experience to all their stakeholders. And then comes the interconnectivity and ease of communication between the respective teams be it sales or back-end developers or the marketing teams, everyone is very accessible and supportive to one another. The essential glue that holds everyone together is the culture, and no doubt the leadership is doing a pretty good job at meaning what they say. There's nothing really to dislike about working at Samaaro. Honestly in the one year that I have spent at the company never have I felt stressed to work. It's been a pleasure working with each and every member of the company.

Samaaro is a product based company which provides virtrual platform as a service, based on client's requriements. We can maintain our work life balance over here. All teammates are friendly and it creates a positive vibe.

As a product engineer, its our sole responsibility that the platform works fine and there is no hiccups faced. So during the event is live, we need to be there and monitor whether everything is fine.
