There a lot of reasons why I like working at Samaaro like: - The organization has a flat hierarchy - Employees are encouraged to learn new skills - Work-timings are flexible But the one thing the I personally like the most is that the founding and management teams, and all the employees are really friendly and amicable, and there is no politics at play. There is nothing in particular that I dislike about Samaaro. And even there is, I am confident that the issue will be addressed immediately. That is the kind of culture the organization has.

I joined Samaaro as a content marketer but my roles have not been restricted to the same. Through-out the course of my two-year journey, I've had the opportunity to learn something new regularly, which is what I was looking for in a company.

The best aspect about working at Samaaro is the team. Firstly the strong founding team who have the experience and ambition to drive the company towards a vision of providing best experience to all their stakeholders. And then comes the interconnectivity and ease of communication between the respective teams be it sales or back-end developers or the marketing teams, everyone is very accessible and supportive to one another. The essential glue that holds everyone together is the culture, and no doubt the leadership is doing a pretty good job at meaning what they say.
