Salary mostly on time, they dont deduct salary mostly as they understand the employee problems. Got 15% appraisal before 1 year completion.

Dislikes

Management is good, they understand the employee personal promlems, but their old staff think they are boss of the company. Every head of the department wants to do work as per their instructions. So much politics are there. If you do Jee Hazuri and chaplusi then only you can servive.
