My team leader pressured me so much in terms for going out for dinners lunches etc and when I started avoiding he made sure that my performance chart was good enough to not to shift me to anyother team as I kept on apply internally..moreover when i reached out to the HR for harrassment complaint she took his side even when I provided evidence. The TLs here are very very wierd especially the old men who are waiting for the prey be careful as the internal system as well supports them worst work culture...Read More
