Let me share my experience I had with great company Saksoft !!! 1. During screening process they don't brief the policies of company. -> 1st main policy is .. if u don't get project in 30 days you will be asked to force resign from the company. -> And this people are very Human in Nature, they don't even try to search other projects apart from the project they have hired you. -> And reg - Firing , they just escape saying its decision from Management (if you ask who are Management even HR will not have answer) -> And HR people are just puppets, just used for Timesheet Management and arranging parties. -> And we have very good Manager Mr.B, only useful for adding people in Whatsapp group apart from that he never comes into picture even if employees are getting fired or unable to get projects during bench. -> And the Trap team, I mean recruitment team will start ignoring the calls from you during ur bench time. Because they know that now you are holy goat ready for getting fired. 2. Projects structure : -> To be serious they have very limited clients and projects. -> So far called people like HR, Whatsapp Managers doesn't track ur projects duration. So one day you will end up sitting for hours at the reception in the client locations. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> My sincere conclusion is - if you have talent and just you want to increase ur salary and leave the company in 1yr then Saksoft is apt for that</mark>. Yes , Job security is zero, i can see terrible. During pandemic they asked me to resign though i was billable.And consider 1 month NP on project only such that they dont want loose money for another extra month after resource out from project and come to bench. Smart Business. They wont think about employees. Even if no medical leave s , you have to go under LOP. not a single day of medical leaves. insurance also very less....Read More

SAKSOFT is a very cultured organization. They give values to their employees. Most important thing is no dirty politics is here. Enjoy work and Life together. Good Management.

Dislikes

It is service based. SOW is created for every employee to work for the client. Once SOW is expired, you will be sitting idle but there would not be any salary deduction.
