Staffroom environment, Administration and Work Life balance.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Management is not much efficient to run the school. Not eager to treat everyone similarly. Favoritism at it's peak. It's the administrator who have worked so hard to develop the school. Management is sometimes very rude to people other than their favourites. Slow in changing the attitude.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
