Working hours, they will allow 3 late log in per month. Apart from these no other benefits. The Director doesn't have any manners to talk to a women.

Dislikes

Getting salary late ( Every month after 13th they will credit the salary) , Abusive language from Director and Managing Director. Lot of office politics. No salary hike, No public holidays, Very bad place to work.

This is my first company after my master's in pharmaceutics, and all the employes here treated me like a student and teached me how to prioritise my works. Even my director Mr.Sumit agarwal helped me in learning about regulatory and technical aspects while working. One can work with multiple clients from various regulated markets.
