This is one of the worse company for grown as no salary growth, no promotions, no hikes, not giving off on public holidays. One of worse company for a women workers to survive. The Directors will always scream and shout for very silly matters. Working in this company will spoil your life and happiness. Salary also getting very very late after 15th of every month.

Likes

Working hours, they will allow 3 late log in per month. Apart from these no other benefits. The Director doesn't have any manners to talk to a women.

Dislikes

Getting salary late ( Every month after 13th they will credit the salary) , Abusive language from Director and Managing Director. Lot of office politics. No salary hike, No public holidays, Very bad place to work.

Nothing I like in this company. Very bad working atmosphere even the drinking water and air is polluted.

Dislikes

...y member expire. Lot of office politics is ruining the career of new joiners. No career growth as we have to work with same salary for years. Every year during appraisal time the management creates false stories and fool employees by telling this year company is in loss so no increment.

The Directors will always shout and scream at employees, the Directors doesn't have any manner to talk to their employees. They will use abusive languages. The working environment is very unprofessional due to the abusive languages of Directors. The Directors and management will treat you like a slave or a dog in this company. This company doesn't have any good HR policies nor a good HR in this company. One of the worse time of my life I spend in this company.
