The Director will always shout and scream at employees, he doesn't have any manners to talk to his employees. The working environment is very unprofessional due to the abusive language of Directors. The directors will treat you like a slave or a dog in this company. This company does not have any good HR policies nor a good HR in this company.

This is one of the worse company with senseless management who treat the employees like a slave, who use abusive words to their employees. This is one of the worse place to work it's better to stay unemployed than working in this company. It is not a company it's a marwadi jail. Even public holidays also we have to work. They won't give any leave even though if our family member expire. Lot of office politics is ruining the career of new joiners. No career growth as we have to work with same salary for years. This is my first company after my master's in pharmaceutics, and all the employes here treated me like a student and teached me how to prioritise my works. Even my director Mr.Sumit agarwal helped me in learning about regulatory and technical aspects while working. One can work with multiple clients from various regulated markets.
