Presently this plant was modernized. Production huge amount of sellable coil wires of different sizes , it looks very good how it was automatically wind nd to the stack. Produced sellable Bar of different sizes nd also in the Universal Structural Mill it produced Heavy Beams, Z-pilling was not started presently which was used in Damlock gate purpose. Various By-produceds like Tar, Amonium Sulphate, Benzol, Naptha (Raw), Dokomite used in Cement Industry. Liquid oxygen, Nitrogen, nd Argon gas was produced for running the plant continuously nd excess gas was sell in the market through M-Junction....Read More

It is my personal experience that the culture of buttering to the bosses to be minimized, as where I am working in the department where my involment areas was very large. I am trying to serve myself to the level best. But due to the pressure of my immediate boss, I am unable to give 100% for the company. If it private organization, I am sure that I can achieve the goal.
