Its been almost a year now and they are still saying we wil call you wait for one more month. With out paying us from last year. Once they have paid me 10k on january after many calls and whatsapp messages. Also told will start from 1st January so dont go anywhere. The company has started from june 2020. Still its going to be Feb end they have not saying anything. I even told them to give the experience letter, they are saying right now we are not giving any letters bcoz of covid. Do you guys think if someone gets this kind of answer from the boss. Then what the employee should do as they are not telling us to come as well as not giving the letter so that we can go and get some new job. Recently I got selected in one company but they were asking for last experience letter and salary slip. But after texting they reply and say we are not in mumbai. Its just a experience letter that anyone can give from the HR or Admin team with sign and stamp. But when people dont want their employee to go somewhere else as well as even they are not calling. I would like to say live let live. Request please dont ever come to this company even if this is the only job left in the hole world. The employees who are working there has not received payment of the month january as its going to be feb end. They keep 1 month salary with them bcoz if any one wants to leave. They can just say on go we wil not give ur remaining amount and this has happend in front of my eyes. They have not even given graguaty amount of the person who was suffering from cancer and was dead. Their family members were coming to ask but they never got any amount....Read More

Just wanted to say if ur working some where with full dedication and 100% efforts. Give respect to the employee and when they are in some problem just resolve it rather then making it more difficult.

It was good but in this lockdown ever person showed their true color.
