There’s a lot of exposure especially in the process engineering department. Entry level engineers are allowed to handle projects from world’s renowned innovator pharma companies. Client and top management discussions are handled individually.

Dislikes

Terrible work-life balance. Travelling and staying at the manufacturing unit for more than 80% of the time.

My line manager is supportive. He helps and guides me well. Food and tea are poor. Company policies are not in your favor. Work culture is full pressurizing and expects more every day. If you are dedicated, disciplined you'll enjoy the pressure. Learning and career growth are good.

Dislikes

The people (QA) don't understand. They only want work and ask you to attend meetings. They should develop system for work life balance.

Work Details

My work is to scale up from lab scale to pilot scale. Mostly looks after deliverables in the range of 500gm to 10 Kg.

In sai its good company but work load is very high even though payment also high, increments are moderate those who are fresher for them it's very good company to learn.

Dislikes

We need to go other unit during execution and there is no time limit at work station u have to forget all holidays and week ends.
