politics, meek attitude of the director and other managers.

Dislikes

employees are not heard, they are expected to flatter in order to "grow"!, no work life balance at all, no innovation, nothing in the name of opportunities, no work from home, people are appointed and treated unfairly; purely on the basis of caste,or ethnicity. employees are judged for the personal choices they make. for example, ifI wear not so traditional clothes on vacations I will be looked down upon. It was full of dishonest reporting, fake accounting and moreover, I was expected to take calls within a few seconds else my reporting person, director was reported to and even he did not support me!
