The Pay and Work culture is the best. When I joined here, they gave me a massive bump - over 500%!!! They have unlimited leaves policy, people literally take 60 days a year minimum off!! Along with regular company offsite abroad and in India, you have an annual day. They give yearly bonuses of > 30% of your salary. Free food, booze(during overnight working) and mental health support. The pantry, the biscuits are not good. Office games, we only have things like Table Tennis, Foosball, PS5, Xbox, Cricket,etc Soo many options - its just hard too choose bro. You can send an email and immediately get put into a meeting to get an appraisal, make it harder!!!
