This company is a complete disaster. Not only is the work culture toxic, but the management also pressures employees to write good reviews, even when the experience has been far from positive. The micromanagement, lack of career growth, and unprofessional behavior from both HR and management are just the beginning. There’s no respect for employees, and it’s all about making quick decisions with no regard for people’s futures. I was forced to stay longer than I should have, struggling in a hostile work environment, and it became clear that the company is more focused on appearances than actual employee welfare. Working at this company has been an extremely frustrating experience. The level of micro-management from both management and HR is unbearable. There's no trust in employees to do their jobs independently, which creates a toxic atmosphere where you're constantly monitored and controlled. The work culture is horrible, with no regard for work-life balance, making it nearly impossible to maintain any personal time or space. The behavior from the company itself is rude and unprofessional, with management showing little to no respect for their employees. They don't adhere to any employee policies, and there’s a constant threat of being fired or laid off at any moment, which keeps everyone on edge. On top of that, there are no future projects or growth opportunities available, so you're left stagnating in a company that seems to have no long-term vision. Instead of providing real experience or growth, the company exploits freshers and experienced employees alike, only to discard them when convenient. Overall, it’s a dreadful environment that offers little to no job security or professional development. Would not recommend this company to anyone. This company operates as a typical "hire and fire" business, especially when it comes to experienced employees. They have no regard for career development or long-term growth. Once you're in, there's little to no opportunity to learn new technologies or expand your skill set. The work is repetitive, and there’s no real investment in your professional development.
