Overall, SAGE is good place to work in. Management is visionary and optimistic to strike for global projects. Global client exposure is there. Variety departments and services to work in. Fair compensation. OT compensation.

Dislikes

Long working hours. Need to shorten it to standard 9-5PM. Timesheet culture is strict. Need to include Hybrid culture for required departments.
