If you are in the begining of the career, Safran is ok, because there lot of departments in there which you can learn and horn your skills, provides you are from mechanical or aernautical background.

Dislikes

There is zero work culture in this company. HR are totally useless and biased. Managers are the meanest you will get in the Bangalore. They dont have neither ethics nor decency to manage a given wrk. A totally poilitical satired company. There is no value for your opinion or concern

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
