Overall the startup culture is very good and open for feedback from the employees. Work life balance is maintained by the management.

Dislikes

Not much but things like SOP in daily operations need to be implemented for smooth work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
