Work allocation as per the interest of employees so high chances of Learning for sincere employees. If you give performance and complete your work on time then everyone will support you in case if need such as flexible timings and complete support by other colleges and bosses.

Dislikes

Buttering types politics and very slow career growth despite hard working. Management deaf type behaviour in the name of promotion.

Work Details

Excellent learning but after a fixed time (e.g. 3yrs) division needs to be change which is a difficult thing as bosses never want to leave their experienced subordinates.
