No Job Security. Once you comes In, Can not go out You can go without your hold salary and Bonus and without experience certificate. Company has deducted your salary every month as retention money of employee. Directors are good but management very poor.

Management is very bad, especially HR management. It is absolutely horrible, constantly surprising employees with unexpected decisions.
