Nothing to Likes. After joined any one realized worst his/her times.

Management is very bad, especially HR management. It is absolutely horrible, constantly surprising employees with unexpected decisions. They do not provide proper job roles and unnecessarily force employees to perform irrelevant tasks that are not part of their job profiles. Middle management is the worst, and favoritism is a major issue.

Pathetic HR have ever seen. No SOP all are working enormously Stupidity in working culture too much politics from HR side. Old peoples needs to be changed here for company grouth
