Nothing is appreciated in sadhu gear division there will be no final sattelment while you want to relieve, there is no canteen with 10.30hours duty

My work was challenging because I was looking heat treatment & surface treatment, steel incoming inspection, 6sigma project, PTO line assembly, Induction Hardening customer concern handling.. etc

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
