The work culture is decent but with no or little work life balance. As a fresher there is a lot of learning experience.

There is a lot of politics involved and the promotions are given based on the number of years and not based on the actual performance. The work is pressurissing and tiresome.Lack of adequate resources would result in over loading of work.
