It's a very nice company with some good leaders and some amazing policies such as leaves, maternity and paternity leave, hybrid work environment, 2 way cab facility, extra payment for overtime.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about Ryan i guess it's an overall culture in corporates with regards to playing favorites and politics. If this can be stopped at a root cause where some members try to dominate others or shadow others then it's the best organisation. Fair and equal chance to all team members gives motivation to perform better.
