ryan provides good employee benefit plans when compared to other companys ryan is only good for fresher as a fresher wants to enjoy corporate life where as smart people only want to stay somewhere where there is learning and growth Good for female employees as they are satiafied with the salary and work life balance as they dont look for promotions

Before joining in Ryan I had 2 year of exp however I joined here as fresher. the work culture here is quite casual and if you compare this organization with other company employees talk in a very disrespective tone. The language in which training is provided starts in english and then shifts to hindi/telugu. Ryan has many events such as yearly outings, cricket match, mens day/ womens day, walakathon, team dinners and you are somewhere forced to attend them. Not sure hiw this company wins awards becuse half of the time there is fun going on within the team or on floor. Ryan focus on bulk hiring and placements and they dont see the quality in candidate. They just hire anyone they want as they want to reach level of big companies. Ryan wins awards for GPTW every year because of all fun we have, and all the casual behavior employees keep with each other and there is very less growth and learning opportunity. Leaders dont be like leaders here they try to be like friends and they dont keep distance while interaction unknowing but when comes to give promotion they forget this friendships which they try to keep. yearly hike is very less. I feel Secured about my job, There is lots of scope in the Team to explore the opportunities, Ryan team is always encouraging towards employees, flexibility towards the work brings the best in employee. Specially women employees can feel secured as they have flexible hours to work here.

Company Culture is it's main USP. Job security is also good. People are approachable. Have a feel good environment during Annual meets and events.

Pay it is very less. The team which I am working is literally lost it's shine and glitter. There is no proper vision or mission being communicated to employees. We are feeling restricted with in house tools and apps. Even though the company provides compensation for the courses but in the it doesn't connect with our process well.Management is very very unstable. There is lot of imbalance in the team. They have been taking a lot of work even when your plate is full. Complicating simple issues. There will be hardly anything anyone working at Ryan will dislike about. The Organization should reconsider the compensation part, as it is less when compare to other competitive firms. If that is taken care, no employee would even think about looking other opportunities as Ryan provides rest everything like work life balance, work satisfaction, growth opportunities, learn new technology etc.

Few Teams are not worth joining at all as they are very partial and biased about everything and also they do not have that confidence on themselves so they blame juniors for everything even after juniors giving their 100% efforts. They could never get satisfied with the work!!

An amazing company to be part of and very happy working here, opportunities to learn and grow is massive. All the employees are treated fairly and equally and also company provide great benefits to its employees. I really feel I wish I would have joined here prior only.

Ryan is one of the best workplaces I have experienced so far. There is ample scope for work and plenty of opportunities for skill development. The Managers are friendly, and I see people who have been working at Ryan for the past 13 to 15 years, which reflects the trustworthiness of the company.
