At Ryan, the work culture is really good! Also the work environment is very safe and secure for all the employees and company is concentrating on being as flexible as possible!

I would not say dislike, but a small drawback is the appraisal and hike percentages! It is almost rare that we get a good percentage of hike! But company is trying to match the market expectations, but can do better!

The work life balance at Ryan is very good. Other than this, work culture, company's policies such as Virtual Office, Shift Allowance, Transport facilities (Pick-up and Drop), are the best in Ryan.
