Rxm automation provided me an opportunity to work at the upper level management and there I learned about the in-depths of wire processing industry and along with that i got exposure to the international business and supply chain management. I also learnt to efficiently manage different departments including sourcing, accounting, sales and after-sales services.

Dislikes

Internal politics ruined the company which was otherwise doing excellent business considering its years of operations in the business.

Work Details

My responsibility at Rxm automation included negotiation at sourcing end, import management, recruitment, management of sales and service teams, coordination with accounting team with GST and balance sheet filing, and reporting to the directors.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
