I really don't like working here, they make you work on weekends, and still will never appreciate your effort. I was denied appraisal just because my joining was 4 days late than thr appraisal cycle. This was really disgusting and demotivating. I really gave my 100% and worked with dedication. But they doesn't give worth to it

Dislikes

There nothing good about this company, not employee friend, if by any chance you are thinking of joining please think again and if you have any time left for joining, search other jobs with better condition. You will be made to work day and night and still you will not be appreciated. Also they have hired some leads those are also toxic calls you any time on your personal cell even.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
