For me it is my first company, They are provided with Best managers and they will help to grow my Professional career and in time of choice in life, My manager helps me to give choice based on his life experience. For me it is a good thing.

Good work culture and atmosphere.. Was fortunate enough to start my career in ruby software.. I should mention Joyce and Suresh the captain and the vice captain of the ship..

Work Details

We had a good team of mobile developers. Both Android and iOS.. I was into the iOS development.. We were given space to implement our own ideas.. And i learnt the basics of iOS programming from Ruby software in which I am still working on.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
