The culture in RSM was so good and satisfactory initially when I joined RSM.
Dislikes
Now RSM has been changing to a worst company, with lot of politics. Managers like Ananthu Krishnan has made the whole office into a political kindergarten. He won’t support the team. Neither he knew the basic concepts of auditing. All he would do is come to office early and would roam around and mock people. He has no professionalism in his behaviour. No flexibility while working with him. Already we have lot of work pressure during busy season, and if you are working with he will give more pressure and we have to tolerate all his stupid senseless dramas. And he is too partial, that he would only support the people who pleases him. Lots of favoritism inside his team. He can do whatever he want, take 2-3 hours of break during office hours for his personal needs, go back home early and login from home, but we are not given permission, if we ask him whether we can loggoff early and go back home and login, he would create all stupid dramas in the office. Some times, he would literally behave like a sales man in a fish market, by shouting at people, the worst manager ever. And he will literally show all his personal grudge in the office. He is the most fake manager in RSM. One thing I learned from RSM, even if you work or not, learn to please the manager first. Only then you will have a stable career at RSM. Or else pack your bags and leave. Also even if you work for 24x7, your hard work won’t be recognised, no comp off, but so much lay off. As I have said, pleasing Ananthu can only save your career here. No work life balance in RSM. Request to the management, please do hire managers, who has some basic quality, at least they should have some sense that they are working in a corporate sector and handling a team....Read More
