I gained knowledge about power plants from this company.

1) salary is delayed by 2 months 2) sometimes we have to spend money from our own pockets for site expenses and we wont get it back. 3) PF facility is not provided 4) no work-life balance. Have to work 12 hrs a day. 5) they wont give salary slips even if we request.

Unfortunately joined this unethical company with zero human values, worked from sep-23 to 21st dec, 23,my contribution was mainly a recovery of old outstanding of 4.5 cr. from a key client in North india, + resolved couple of long pending critical disputes in Telangana, But was paid a mere 15 k against the commitment of28 k, pm+ 5 klocal conveyance+ all india touring against actuals.
