Work life balance is good. But with respect to paying out incentives the company is very bad. They take years to pay and also don’t pay full amount.

Poor team management. Some employees who work poorly are given a long rope. And the employees who work are repeatedly grilled. Very low pay as well. Below industry standard. Zero scope for travel.

Lot of politics. Teacher student relationship between manager and employee. Forever we have to appease top management. Managers are poor quality and try to oppress you so that u don’t shine.

Company is confused about what they want to do. Every year changes in vision and mission. Sad politics with bullying. Takes toll on health and mental peace. Think twice about taking up an opportunity over here.
