They dont pay on time bad working culture owner is a big liar I will not recomend anyone to join as they do scam in salary adjustment ,deducted of and tds but not deposited and not answering or clearing my due after 45 days of my resignation

The time I joined Roopkatha it was very good I learnt lots of things from my teammates. I was hired as customer engagement executive. But all of a sudden I was asked to do sales and I was not at all from sales background and I tried my best in sales. If you don't perform sales they will kick you out of the company no matter how old employee you are. They will not give you pf as well you will have to fight for your pf. You wont get incentives every month. They will pay you incentives according to their convenience ....Read More

Worst behavior , abusive language from owner. It dont at all look like a good work place. You cannot share you issues related to company to thr HR if you do so you will be terminated. Within 2 yrs I didn't saw any employee resigning by themselves bcoz company terminated them. Bottom line is no matter for what position you are hired they will force you to do sales.

My work was very hectic as I have to look after the entire production,cash handling,making design,cheques,Co ordinating with the vendor,taking attendance,salary processing etc
