Growth is slow. The work pressure us very high, sometimes have to work 14-18 hours in a day.

I myself was have a challenging role in ROLTA, as project support and business analyst between production and client, worked, in projects like British Telecom, Verizon, USWest, Telus, Dubai Municipal, Manz, Verizon, Apex, SPC, Thames Water, Hongkong Tel.

I was worked with Rolta India Limited for around 14 years and it was superb. During my time period I have brought around 25 appreciation letters from various customers in India for excellent support and execution. Unfortunately company suddenly down and we lost our jobs. If company provides the Job opportunity again I am ready to join and work

Dislikes

1. Taking Ex-Army personals for employment 2. Company top management should focus on who is really working hard and honestly and how many appreciation letters they brought from customers and they should give the value for it.

The CMD of the company is very good, the management is not at all good. There is no value those who are working more then 10 to 20 years in the company. Suddenly one day they will tell to leave the company without any reason. Those who are extremely performing well for them also they sends out immediately without any prior notice. This is one sad from the company. Best example for this is I am. I have supported more then 14 years to the company and got 25 appreciation letters and every year I use to get the ratings of Excellent and promotions. One suddenly they told me to resign the job. In Rolta Work Environment is good, Team Mates are also good. Salary & Appraisal also good. Work Life balance was average.

As Rolta is situated in Andheri near SEEPZ. I was residing at Thane so the Trafic journey was very critical. It expenses more than one hour to go office & more than one hour to reach home.

Was fair good enough. In Early stage at the time of joining it was nice. But after Sometime one Project arrives in which I was disappointed.
