Sharing my personal experience. I am a full Stack Software Developer on this company and I joined on 2019 on that time I am still doing my clg but still they give me the job without seeing my clg degree and after that I joined and learn a lot from this company. Best thing which I feel for this company is that it has full family atmosphere you don't feel that you are working for a company it feels like its your home and the employees are your family members. I dont know if any other company also provide this type of atmosphere or not. You got an opportunity to learn new things and new technology from the company and also the salary hike is happened in a frequent way. I have been working here for the last 5 months. Although I'm new I never felt unwanted. My colleagues have always giddied me and supported me whenever I needed help. one more interesting thing is that we get delicious lunch and evening snacks everyday provided by our company.

The working environment in this organization is awesome, you will feel like working within a family. Peers are quite helpful. Here for any concerns, the Management does listen to you & reacts promptly to problems. Lunch & snacks are provided here and everyone gets together to enjoy the food including the Director shares the same food with us.
