Overall it's a good company. Variable pay is 10% but they used to pay it completely.

There are not many benefits like internet reimbursement. The notice period is 90 days! we need to log for 9 hours (even if you worked 11-12 hours), there is no overtime benefits

Worked as Mobile app developer. No much to learn. Company has 2 floor in operation. Rest floor not operative Food not good at all No hikes and will not even get experience letter on time when we leave the company
