Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in the Data Analytics industry and a strong understanding of the Retail domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, Excel, and communication skills, with Python experience being a valuable addition.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.

- Develop and implement data/analytics-based rules from business rules.

- Manage the workload efficiently and proactively approach campaign delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in the Data Analytics industry.

- Good understanding of the Retail domain.

- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and communication skills.

- Python experience is a value add.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
