Robosoft Technologies - PowerApps Lead (10-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and design of custom applications and automated workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.

- Understand the existing application built on .Net, .Net Core, SQL Server, Angular & React

- Migrate these applications into Cloud. Use the latest & applicable technologies during this process

- Design and Develop and implement complex Power Apps applications and Model-Driven Apps, and sophisticated Power Automate workflows to meet business requirements

- Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft products

- Establish and enforce best practices for Power Platform development, including governance, security, and performance optimization

- Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.

- Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines.

- Satisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit and integration testing.

- Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions

- Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and end-users, empowering them to leverage the Power Platform effectively

- Continuously explore new features, updates, and best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem to drive innovation and improve existing solutions

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including design specifications, workflows, and user guides

Skills Required :

- Total experience 10+ years

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Custom application Design, Development & Deployment

- Full stack .NET experience with PowerApps & Power Automate

- Hands on experience in Azure Service Fabric, Kafka & REDIS.

- Hands on experience in Azure DevOps

- Hands on experience in .Net, .Net core, SQL Server, Angular

- Strong analytical problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

- Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and working collaboratively across teams
