Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SharePoint with expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premise, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related technologies.

They should possess strong problem-solving skills, architectural design experience, and the ability to lead technical teams in developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement SharePoint architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.

- Provide technical leadership for SharePoint development and integration projects.

- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint solutions.

- Migrate legacy SharePoint solutions to modern SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms.

- Customize SharePoint using Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx, and other development tools.

- Ensure governance policies, security best practices, and compliance guidelines are followed.

- Optimize SharePoint performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Integrate SharePoint with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

- Train and mentor IT teams on SharePoint best practices and technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server (2013, 2016, 2019), and Microsoft 365.

- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure services.

- Hands-on experience with SharePoint migrations and upgrades.

- Expert at React and TypeScript.

- Knowledge of SharePoint governance, security, and compliance.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell.

- Experience with backend technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL Server.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or Microsoft 365 Expert certification.

- Experience with hybrid SharePoint environments.

- Knowledge of ASP.Net and .Net Frameworks.

- Knowledge of AI and automation in SharePoint.
