Sharepoint Developer - SPFx (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Administration of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams and PowerPlatform across multiple geolocations.

- Working with server-side administration and troubleshooting of SharePoint Server on-prem.

- Form creation using PowerApps and workflow development using PowerAutomate.

- Development of new custom user interfaces within SharePoint using SPFx, and support of legacy custom interfaces built using InfoPath & HTML/JavaScript

- Migrations from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online using ShareGate.

- Ability to implement, administer and maintain multiple SharePoint farms.

- Design and maintain key performance metrics for all SharePoint sites & Power Platform environments and regularly report them to management with recommendations for improvement.

- Managing the site layout structure and content.

- Experience in managing site rights and permissions.

- Deploying, configuring, and managing new site collections and associated sub-sites.

- Managing content databases and creating new ones as required.

- Experience with planning and organizing SPO/M365 administration activities.

- Experience with SharePoint workflow, Nintex workflow, & content management.

- Experience with monitoring usage, including access, load, and usability issues.

- Demonstrate effective teamwork and working relationships with others. Demonstrate a self-directed approach to learning new technologies in the field; pursue professional development.

- Take personal ownership (going beyond assigned tasks to make projects better, identifies and reports issues, demonstrates strong concern for client and initiatives).

Must have familiarity with best practices in system management & JavaScript development and be confident in administering large SharePoint & PowerPlatform environments.

Required Experience :

- 5 years' experience in related field, with at least 3 years as a SharePoint Developer /administrator or Power Platform administrator.

- 3 years' JavaScript development experience, preferably SPFx.

- Experience using and building forms & workflows and integrating SharePoint with external systems.

- Experience with modern web development techniques, and experience with building web user interfaces.

- Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams & PowerPlatform governance best practices.

- Knowledgeable of the differences between sites, site collections, workspaces, web parts, document libraries, and lists as they relate to SharePoint and know when and how to use them.

- Knowledge and experience with SharePoint customization using Site Definitions, SharePoint Templates and development of custom web parts.

- Proven SharePoint & PowerPlatform administration capability. Certification is a plus.
